Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Can work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible and willing to learn
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers
- Request and review price quotations
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding orders and inventory needs
- Ensure that purchased items meet quality and cost requirements
- Provide administrative support (filing, documentation, scheduling, etc.)
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8 am to 5 pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
