Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the restaurant's goals and target audience

· Plan and manage promotional campaigns across social media, print, and digital platforms

· Create engaging content for menus, advertisements, and online channels

· Coordinate with commissary manager and management to highlight unique menu offerings and seasonal promotions

· Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and local trends

· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms

· Monitor online reviews and manage the restaurant's digital reputation

· Organize marketing events, loyalty programs, and community outreach initiatives

· Collaborate with operations and marketing team to ensure marketing efforts align with customer experience

· Coordinate with mall administration and explore potential marketing partnerships to expand brand reach

· Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management review

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry

· Experience in hospitality or food service marketing is a plus

· Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and branding

· Excellent communication and creative writing skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns

· Familiarity with design tools and marketing analytics platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
