PICKUP COFFEE is looking for a dependable Assistant Store Supervisor to help lead daily store operations. You'll support the Store Supervisor in managing the team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily store operations and team supervision
  • Support scheduling and shift coverage
  • Help manage inventory, ordering, and deliveries
  • Handle cash deposits and support financial accuracy
  • Ensure high customer service standards
  • Enforce cleanliness, safety, and store policies
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures
  • Promote teamwork and staff development

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of café or food service experience
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Basic experience with inventory and cash handling
  • Customer-focused with great problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
