We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Ad Creative Designer with a focus on performance-based ads to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who understands what makes ads convert—not just look good—and who enjoys transforming creative briefs into compelling visuals. The right candidate will have solid experience designing Facebook and Google Display ads, with an ability to deliver independently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually engaging, performance-optimized ad creatives for Facebook and Google Display Network
  • Apply design principles such as visual hierarchy, layout flow (Z-pattern, F-pattern), and readability to drive engagement
  • Execute creative briefs independently and provide ad deliverables weekly
  • Collaborate asynchronously and respond to real-time feedback during fixed working hours
  • Ensure consistent branding and quality across all ad assets

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing Facebook ad creatives with a performance/conversion focus
  • Solid understanding of ad design fundamentals: layout, sizing, and readability
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools
  • Photoshop/Illustrator experience is needed.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed briefs

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience designing banners for Google Display Network
  • Openness to explore AI tools for design and workflow
  • Background in marketing teams or digital agencies
  • Understanding of audience targeting and messaging alignment
