About the Role

As our Senior AI Template Designer, you'll combine visual and motion design expertise with ad performance insights and hands-on experience using tools like Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, and GPT-4. You'll collaborate with creative, product, engineering, and AI teams to build scalable, intelligent ad template systems for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of designing visually stunning content while building logic-driven automated workflows that improve creative scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


• Design high-performing image and video ad templates across verticals and channels.


• Build modular, scalable template systems integrated with Creatify's AI tools.


• Write and optimize prompts for image and video generation using tools like Midjourney, Runway, and GPT-4.


• Develop and manage n8n automated workflows, ensuring seamless logic design and system efficiency.


• Analyze creative trends and performance data to guide visual and strategic direction.


• Collaborate with AI researchers and product managers to innovate and streamline creative workflows.


• Contribute to internal documentation and creative standards for quality and process optimization.

What We're Looking For


• Minimum of 3+ years in graphic design, motion graphics, or digital ad design.


• Strong portfolio of high-converting ads (especially in e-commerce or performance marketing).


• Deep knowledge of ad formats and social media trends (UGC, meme, testimonial, explainer, etc.).


• Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and Photoshop.


• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Gen-2, Runway, and GPT-based creative workflows.


• Proficiency in n8n workflow automation, with the ability to create logical, scalable automated workflows.


• Highly intellectual with strong logical reasoning to design and optimize process automation.


• High visual standards and refined design taste, with excellent perception of what looks realistic versus AI-generated.


• Knowledgeable in JSON and data structuring within automation workflows.


• Strong design layout skills, visual judgment, and attention to creative detail.


• Experience writing and iterating AI prompts for image and video generation.


• Systems thinker with a passion for reusable design structures and scalable creative logic.


• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly collaborative.


• Adaptable to fast-paced startup environments and emerging AI technologies.

• Experience with creative automation platforms or video/image generation APIs.


• Understanding of marketing funnels and ad testing strategies.


• Background in creative direction or brand strategy.
