Role Summary

We're looking for a Creative Strategy Editor & Visual Curator to transform AI-generated briefs into sharp, brand-aligned creative direction. You'll refine copy, translate performance inputs into actionable angles, and provide visual inspiration that guides the design team. Our focus is on U.S.-based consumer product goods brands selling direct-to-consumer through paid social — and your role is to help turn insights into great ads.

What you'll do

  • Refine AI-generated briefs into polished, brand-aligned creative strategies.
  • Interpret performance inputs (audiences, angles, benefits) into clear creative direction.
  • Curate the visual center of each brief — mood boards, references, and style inspiration.
  • Ensure briefs consistently reflect brand tone and messaging.
  • Deliver inspiration that helps designers produce high-performing paid social ads.

What we're looking for

  • Strong editorial and writing skills — you can make complex or messy inputs simple, clear, and effective.
  • A sharp visual eye — skilled at pulling mood boards and reference visuals that inspire ad direction.
  • Understanding of performance marketing in the U.S. DTC space (paid social, CPG brands).
  • Independent worker — comfortable taking briefs and inputs, refining them, and delivering high-quality outputs without hand-holding.
  • Deep curiosity for culture, design, and advertising trends that drive consumer engagement.
