A. B BRAZA and Company, Inc. is committed to deliver first-class services related to port logistics operations for container, general, car carrier, and bulk cargo.

Currently, ABB provides service to sister companies in Team Rayomar for their non-core activities.

JOB SUMMARY:

  1. Responsible for processing all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Maintains day-to-day control over treasury transactions and processing of bank payments and collections.

  2. Works closely with the finance department with the ability to assist on other functions on a day-to-day basis.

  3. Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and systems

  4. Ability to remain focused on extended periods of time.

  5. Provides support in the company's administrative functions as required.

  6. Attend HR forum monthly as needed

  7. Support in the admin function for the HR related event

  8. Assist in conflict resolution and act as point person on any administrative concern of the employees

  9. Coordinates with the client on issues that pertain to the discipline and administrative of deployed or seconded employees

  10. Prepares and distributes corresponding memos, letters and relevant forms to all concerned employees and follow up their compliance thereto as required or necessary.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Business Accountancy or any 4-year-course related in Administrative courses.
  • Detail Oriented and customer service oriented
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
