DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manages treasury operations and leads the treasury team to ensure efficient and

secure cash management.

  1. Focuses on optimizing cash positions, managing financial risks, and maintaining

banking relationships.

  1. Makes decisions on cash placement, liquidity strategies, and bank negotiations.

  2. Leads treasury team leads, specialists, and associates, ensuring compliance and

operational efficiency.

  1. Manages a team handling daily cash positioning, bank reconciliations, funding,

and treasury reporting.

  1. Oversees cash flow forecasting and ensures sufficient liquidity for operational

needs.

  1. Manages bank accounts, banking platforms, and negotiates banking services.

  2. Reviews and approves high-value disbursements and investment placements.

  3. Leads treasury process improvements and maintains compliance with regulatory

requirements.

  1. Ensures compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and banking

agreements.

  1. Responsible for all treasury operations, cash planning, and bank relationship

management.

  1. Does not handle transactional accounting or strategic financial planning outside

treasury scope.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related

field.

  1. CPA or relevant treasury professional certification required.

  2. Minimum 5-10 years of treasury, finance, or banking experience, with 2-3+ years

in supervisory roles.

  1. Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and banking

operations.

  1. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, cash flow forecasting, and risk

management strategies.

  1. Proven leadership skills in managing teams and collaborating across

departments.

  1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

  2. Proficiency in treasury management systems, ERP platforms, and advanced

Excel modeling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
