Job Description

Directly reports to the IT Manager and is the single-point-of-contact (SPOC) for IT services in the branch. He ensures data integrity for all the mall-based and offsite stores being supported. He also provides assistance in configuring and troubleshooting of Store Systems applications especially those that concern the Point-of-Sales system, bills payment and treasury systems, and other IT-related equipment deemed necessary for the

business.

Responsibilities


• Assists in the installation and configuration of IT systems and devices such as Point-of-sales (POS)

terminal, user workstation, servers, and CCTV camera.

• Resolves tickets representing user-generated service requests or errors, within the approved Service

Level Agreement (SLA).

• Provides technical assistance to the end-users to maintain productivity.

• Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware needs and makes recommendations.

• Keeps up to date on technical and soft skills advancement by attending trainings and workshops.

Key Qualifications


• Degree holder of any computer-related course.

• At least two-year relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in installing and configuring CCTV systems, including cameras, cabling, and associated

hardware.

• Knowledge on POS systems is an advantage.
