Our company is currently seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. This full-time role is essential for maintaining financial accuracy and providing a seamless checkout experience for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all forms of payment, maintaining an accurate cash drawer, and providing excellent service to ensure a superior level of guest satisfaction.

Cashier:

  • Prepare the cashier's fund, computer and other materials for the cashier/receptionist task.
  • Welcome and greet guest and company visitors.
  • Together with the receptionist, inform and explain to guest the products and available services and its corresponding prices.
  • Offer suitable products and services to guest.
  • Issue Official Receipt (OR), encode to computer, receive cash and return change to guest.
  • Issue Official Receipts (OR) as the situation so warrants.
  • Release cash to payees of authorized and approved cash advances.
  • Pay/reimburse authorized and approved expenses.
  • Account total sales of her shift.
  • Prepare Daily Sales Report.
  • Remit net cash sales to Treasury.
  • Submit sales and cashier's document to accounting dept.
  • Inform Operations/Admin. Supervisor/Manager of errors, corrections, and guest complaints, unreturned key and unpaid bills.
  • Receive cash fund from Treasury Dept.
  • Thank and bade goodbye to guests going out from the establishment.

As a Receptionist

  • Assist the receptionist (in her absence, meal break and heavy load)
  • Accept shoes and slippers of incoming guest.
  • Issue locker key to guest.
  • Accept locker key, release shoes and slippers of out going guest.
  • Receive and process valuables for safekeeping.
  • Answer phone calls and inquires.
  • Receive phone and personal reservations.
  • Relay to RA's, Lounge Attendants or Salon of service guest.
