DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages treasury operations and leads the treasury team to ensure efficient and secure cash management.
  • Focuses on optimizing cash positions, managing financial risks, and maintaining banking relationships.
  • Makes decisions on cash placement, liquidity strategies, and bank negotiations.
  • Leads treasury team leads, specialists, and associates, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Manages a team handling daily cash positioning, bank reconciliations, funding, and treasury reporting.
  • Oversees cash flow forecasting and ensures sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
  • Manages bank accounts, banking platforms, and negotiates banking services.
  • Reviews and approves high-value disbursements and investment placements.
  • Leads treasury process improvements and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and banking agreements.
  • Responsible for all treasury operations, cash planning, and bank relationship management.
  • Does not handle transactional accounting or strategic financial planning outside treasury scope.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CPA or relevant treasury professional certification required.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of treasury, finance, or banking experience, with 2-3+ years in supervisory roles.
  • Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and banking operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, cash flow forecasting, and risk management strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel modeling.
