The responsibilities of a QA Supervisor are outlined but not limited to the following:

  • is responsible for supervising Quality Assurance Auditors and ensures accuracy of information and quality of delivery by monitoring, auditing, reviewing, analyzing, documenting work processes that further improve clinical operations standards
  • Must have proven ability to lead a diverse team of clinical quality analyst
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential
  • Must have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a bachelor's degree of any non-medical allied course
  • With at least 2 years of QA experience
  • Requires Operational Management experience as an Operation Supervisor for at least 2 years

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working with Health Utilization Management, Workers' Compensation and Disability, Revenue Cycle Management and other Healthcare Related accounts/ industry preferred
  • Quality and Process Excellence experience is an advantage
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Trained and/or Certified is an advantage
