Job Description:

Manage of the project quality assurance and control activities, oversee contract specifications, identifies the project specific requirements, and ensures the timely development and approval of quality procedures, guidelines, and plans.

  1. Communicate quality issues with the CME Managers, Supervisors, and engineering design team to find resolution.

  2. Generate QC inspections checklist, inspection testing plans and project quality plans MIDC standard specifications to the project assigned in coordination with the CME Engineers/Supervisor/Managers and Vendors.

  3. Oversee QC Inspection and Testing activities, provides support and assistance in verification, validation of quality inspection and testing results/activities to ensure that materials and workmanship conform to relevant specifications and applicable codes.

  4. Responsible for making assessments, recommendations and providing solutions to problems. Ability to maintain professional tact in a fast-paced work environment with internal personnel and clients. Superior customer service.

  5. Performs spot check and surveillance to the vendor, supplier, and sub-contractor to ensure compliance delivery.

  6. Oversee project closure and turnover of quality documents for completion.

  7. Ensures that the project personnel are fully aware of the quality requirements by dissemination of quality control procedures, documents, and programs.

  8. Controls as built condition and modification of the engineering documents.

Qualifications:

1. Education

BS Civil Engineering or equivalent

2. Experience

Should have experience as QA/QC on telecom industry at least 3 years

3. Knowledge and Skills

Should know how to prepare comprehensive QA/QC report

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php60,000.00 per month
