HMO Concierge and Corporate Account Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collaborate and maintain relationships with corporate clients and HMOs to understand their needs and expectations

  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing communication regarding, but not limited to the following:

  3. Verification of patient's membership status with accredited HMO or corporations,

  4. Administration of health benefit requests to HMOs or corporations
  5. Assistance in the issuance of Letter of Authority or approval code to all registered patients of members

  6. Patients' complaints on the availment of medical and diagnostic services through proper coordination with HMO and corporations' representatives.

  7. Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with corporate clients and HMOs

  8. Coordinate the renewal process and ensure timely contract updates

  9. Facilitate the onboarding process for new corporate clients and HMO partners

  10. Provide orientation to clients on the organization's products, services, and processes

  11. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by corporate clients and HMO partners

  12. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of problems

  13. Develop and implement strategies to expand the organization's corporate client base and strengthen existing partnerships

  14. Conduct regular reviews of corporate and HMO contracts to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions

  15. Provide input into the development of marketing materials and campaigns aimed at attracting corporate clients and HMO partnerships

  16. Represent the organization in external meetings and negotiations with corporate clients and HMO partners

  17. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Head from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication
  • At least two (2) years of relevant professional/sales experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • One (1) Full-Time position available
