Reports To: Property Manager / Building Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
The Concierge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concierge team to ensure excellent service delivery to residents and guests of the high-rise condominium. This role involves managing front-desk personnel, handling resident concerns, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring a high level of security and hospitality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Concierge Operations Oversight
- Supervise and coordinate concierge/front desk staff schedules, duties, and performance.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service to residents, guests, and visitors.
- Maintain a visible presence in the lobby to oversee activity and provide assistance.
- Respond to residents' inquiries, service requests, and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
2. Staff Management
- Train and mentor new concierge staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and service excellence.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
3. Resident & Guest Relations
- Build strong, positive relationships with residents, offering personalized and attentive service.
- Handle escalated resident complaints or requests and provide timely resolution.
- Coordinate services such as reservations, transportation, deliveries, and other concierge offerings.
4. Security & Safety Support
- Monitor building access and ensure proper visitor registration procedures.
- Work closely with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Report and follow up on any unusual or suspicious activity.
5. Administrative Tasks
- Prepare concierge shift schedules, incident reports, and daily activity logs.
- Maintain up-to-date contact lists, vendor directories, and concierge service resources.
- Assist with move-ins/move-outs and coordinate with building management for resident requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in concierge, hospitality, or front office operations (minimum 2 years in a supervisory role).
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Makati area services, local attractions, and amenities is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (PMS) preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
