The Role

Own the profit engine of a scaling Australian Amazon brand.

You'll identify high-margin products, calculate true landed costs, negotiate with suppliers, and manage every step from purchase to FBA warehouse—ensuring inventory health, IPI compliance, and maximum ROI.

This is a full-scope Amazon operations and product sourcing position — ideal for someone who's run Seller Central workflows, inventory, and profit analysis end-to-end.

As our Amazon FBA Specialist, you'll research, source, and analyse profitable products while managing operations across suppliers, 3PLs, and Amazon warehouses.


What You'll Do
  • Hunt and evaluate profitable products across retail, wholesale, and online channels.
  • Calculate full landed cost (product + shipping + duties + FBA fees) to determine ROI.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate with 3PLs/prep centres for seamless delivery.
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central workflows: shipments, IPI, restock limits, reimbursements, and storage fees.
  • Build forecasting and replenishment models in Google Sheets/Excel to maintain healthy inventory turnover.
  • Continuously optimise sourcing, logistics, and profit analysis processes.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years' hands-on Amazon FBA experience — from sourcing and buying to shipment creation and profit tracking.
  • Proven success identifying and launching profitable SKUs (beyond listings/PPC).
  • Expert-level Seller Central knowledge (shipments, IPI, restock limits, reimbursements).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, profit models, dashboards).
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (strongly preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills; confident with supplier negotiations and client reporting.
  • Available during PH day shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PH time).
