Human Resource Business Partner

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to act as the key connection between eTap Sol and eTap Inc.'s Human Capital (HC) Team. This role ensures seamless alignment of HR strategies, policies, and priorities across both organizations. The HRBP will drive collaboration, support business growth, and deliver HR initiatives that enhance operational performance. They will also translate corporate HR strategies into practical, localized solutions that meet the unique needs of eTap Sol.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning to ensure HR requirements align with business goals.
- Review and harmonize eTap Sol's HR policies with eTap Inc.'s Human Capital standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Support the rollout of Human Capital programs customized to organizational needs.
- Act as a change champion, guiding leaders and employees through organizational and workforce transitions.
- Serve as the primary HR contact, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Partner with leadership to strengthen performance management, employee evaluations, and development initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion, fairness, and consistency.
- Collaborate across both organizations on recruitment, talent development, and retention strategies.
- Facilitate learning and development initiatives to build workforce capability and engagement.
- Maintain effective HR reporting, documentation, and compliance tracking processes.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address immediate HR or labor-related issues.
- Ensure prompt handling of HR matters escalated to the Human Capital team and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Uphold company standards for workplace safety, security, confidentiality, and information protection.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with significant exposure to HR business partnering.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and aligning HR policies with organizational priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change, resolve complex workplace issues, and strengthen employee engagement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and current HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field required; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
