Role DetailsIndustry: FinanceWork Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)Written and spoken English skill: Very ProficientSalary Range: PHP 40,000-43,000Job ResponsibilitiesOrder Management:Upload company store orders daily for five Company StoresProcess company store orders and ensure timely email of invoices to clients. Reconciliation Tasks:Conduct UPS and FedEx reconciliations to ensure accurate shipping and billing. Inventory Oversight:Review inventory levels regularly and submit purchase orders reports as needed.

Receive merchandise bills into inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Financial Management:Tie and enter Stripe credit card deposits daily. Email invoices to customers daily, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations monthly. Perform month-end-close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting. Additional Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in accounting minimum.

Experience: Minimum four years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable and/or General Accounting experience. Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, and Outlook.

Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. Proven experience in QuickBooks. Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.

Proficiency in financial reconciliation and inventory management. Familiarity with online order processing and invoicing systems. Proven organizational experience.

Sales Tax experience is a plus. A demonstrated record of stability and responsibility. A detail-oriented and established performer.

Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
