This role is not for "lead managers," "appointment setters," or people looking to learn on the job.

We're White Barn Home Buyers — a fast-moving real estate investment company that buys off-market properties and turns them into profitable deals. We're looking for a killer Acquisitions Manager who knows how to talk to sellers, negotiate, and get contracts signed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Working only with warm leads we give you — no endless cold calling lists.

Making 100–200 calls per day and 3–5 written offers daily.

Negotiating with sellers to lock up deals at great prices.

Running your pipeline like a pro and following up until the ink is dry.

Closing at least 1 deal per week — no excuses.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Acquisitions Manager experience (must have closed deals — show us).

Perfect English — no heavy accents, crystal-clear communication.

Relentless closer mentality. You hate losing and can hear "no" all day without flinching.

Tech-friendly and CRM-savvy.

Willing to be held accountable to real numbers and real performance.

Pay & Expectations:

$6/hour base.

$500 per deal closed (with a weekly target of 1+).

High performers = higher pay, bonuses, and more leads.
