We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. We are seeking a talented Home-Based Software Developer to join our team. In this fully remote position, the Software Developer will work independently to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Pageflex templates for use on the client platform.

You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and performance of templates, while continuously improving and maintaining them. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES A strong communicator in both spoken and written EnglishStrong customer service orientation

Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop custom Pageflex templates for use on the Liftoff platform. Troubleshoot and optimize existing templates for better performance.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure templates meet user needs and integrate seamlessly with the platform. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of development. Manage a steady stream of tasks with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize workloads.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, business management, or any related field. Experience: At least five years of software development experience, software design principles, and agile methodology. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Technical Skills: Experience with Pageflex development is a plus. Basic understanding of C#, JavaScript, and XML,Well-organized with a high level of attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio Code, and Jira. Experience with Chili Publish is a bonus

Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the software development and/or BPO industry.WHAT WE OFFER Salary Range: PHP 85,000.00 – PHP 95,000.00Industry: Cloud-based SaaSJob Type: Full-time
