About the Role:
We are looking for a HR Supervisor to join our client's team in Quezon City, an IT Company. This role is ideal for someone who will lead recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while ensuring alignment with labor laws and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Discipline: Enforce company policies and manage employee grievances in accordance with labor laws.
3. Payroll & Benefits: Supervise payroll and administer employee benefits including health insurance and leave entitlements.
4. Labor Law Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with local laws and stay updated on legislative changes.
5. Performance Management: Conduct performance appraisals and lead talent development initiatives to foster employee growth.
6. HR Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and reports on HR activities.
7. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement programs to strengthen company culture.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of HR supervisory experience.
3. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Proven ability to manage the full HR lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
