Resident Manager

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in housing projects, covering pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
