Job Title: IT Specialist

Job Summary:

The IT Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. This role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations, provides technical assistance, and contributes to system improvements to support business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure stable connectivity and security.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and regular data backups.
  • Ensure IT security protocols are followed and assist in implementing cybersecurity measures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, incidents, and asset inventory.
  • Support the deployment of new systems, applications, and technology upgrades.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers or vendors for IT-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT support or systems administration (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are welcome).
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Windows OS, and basic server/network management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willing to work on-site at South Caloocan City.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,197.23 per month
