Overview
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager / Sales Closer to lead, motivate, and elevate our sales and SDR teams. This is a hands-on leadership role — you won't just manage the team, you'll actively close high-value deals, drive daily performance, and instill a culture of accountability and excellence across the sales department.You'll work closely with the CEO and Head of Sales to set and achieve ambitious revenue targets, monitor KPIs daily, and ensure that every sales rep and SDR is consistently performing at their best.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Performance Management
- Take ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs — ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Lead and motivate the Sales and SDR teams with energy, clarity, and discipline.
- Conduct daily performance check-ins, push accountability, and drive a winning sales culture.
- Track individual and team metrics to identify gaps, coach for improvement, and celebrate wins.
- Ensure all leads and bookings are being followed up promptly and closed effectively.
Sales Execution & Closing
- Personally handle key sales calls, pitches, and negotiations — closing deals directly when needed.
- Oversee the full sales process from booking to close, ensuring seamless handoff and high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and funnel optimization.
Team Development & Growth
- Identify and promote high-performing SDRs to the closing team.
- Provide training, coaching, and continuous feedback to help the team improve their close rates.
- Support the Head of Sales (Lisa) in developing scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and sales resources.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work directly with the CEO and Head of Sales to execute the company's sales strategy.
- Provide regular reports and performance insights to senior leadership.
- Contribute ideas to improve overall sales efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Closer, or similar leadership role in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset — confident in analyzing KPIs and using insights to drive performance.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop salespeople in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable taking ownership, enforcing accountability, and maintaining high standards.

Contract Details
- Rate: ₱75,000 PHP per month + Commission & Bonuses
- Shift: 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week
- Payment: Paid monthly
