Overview We have a newly created fixed-term contract role as a Sales Manager based in the Philippines to drive business development. What is this role about? You will own MH Professional’s sales budget for the Philippines, Singapore, and Indochina territory, liaise with regional stakeholders (internal & 3rd party), drive sales growth, and be responsible for the overall sales and performance of the territory. What can you expect from this position? Responsible for leading approximately US$1.4M of revenue (digital solution) and contributing to the territory sales plan-for-growth. Maintain open dialogue with stakeholders (internal & external), and drive customer success through effective sales approaches and delivery of digital sales growth ambitions. Own, manage, and lead annual sales planning for the Philippines, Singapore, and Indochina. Seek and respond to government/large-scale tenders and procurements. Identify and build new business opportunities, progressing through trial and closed (won) sales within the fiscal year. Build and maintain a pipeline of new business. Regular forecasting, reporting, and tracking performance indicators such as SFDC lead pipeline management, lead progression, win/loss ratios, and trial conversion rates. Manage and improve relationships with 3rd party resellers in line with the Partner Program, including KPIs, targets, and reviews. Implement a customer retention strategy to ensure renewal rates for subscription products, engaging support services and marketing as needed, and automating customer engagement where possible. Focus on cross-sell and upsell strategies. Understand the regional market data, trends, competitors, and procurement regulations to ensure compliance and transparency. Develop and own a strategy for digital business growth in the territory, aligning resources and priorities accordingly. Develop sales skills and performance through new processes and practices, participate in training, and stay updated on product and market information. Manage pricing via official calculators and oversee trial and order processing. What we are looking for: Highly motivated and driven to succeed in sales.
