Apply nowLearn more Please apply until November 13, 2025Role PermanentReporting to Identity and Collaboration Solutions DirectorIdentity and Collaboration Solutions (ICS) Architect ManagerThe Identity and Collaboration Solutions (ICS) Architect Manager plays a pivotal role in designing and optimizing platforms such as collaboration and messaging systems, document management tools, and enterprise gateways. Beyond technical architecture, the role involves creating strategic roadmaps for collaboration technologies, integrating cloud-based services with on-premise systems, and leading cross-functional projects.As the Identity and Collaboration Solutions (ICS) Architect Manager, you willDesign, develop, and implement JTI's collaboration solutions based on Microsoft Exchange, Teams, and similar 3rd party software and cloud services. In addition, design and deploy document management solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and enterprise gateway technologies, ensuring secure and seamless integration between on-premise and cloud environments.Design and implement enterprise-grade productivity solutions by leveraging Microsoft Power Platform services—such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio — in conjunction with third-party software and cloud services. These solutions should be robust, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards, enabling enhanced operational efficiency across business units.Ensure secure integration and end-to-end lifecycle management, from initial design and development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks to uphold data security, compliance, and performance standards.Facilitate seamless business processes by supporting the automation of workflows, optimizing user experiences, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective digital solutions that drive measurable productivity gains.Lead global projects for deploying new technologies and services in scope of the ICS team, ensuring reliability, cost-efficiency, and alignment with business requirements.Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies for the development of IT technical solutions for JTI, evaluating their impact, and recommending solutions to enhance collaboration and operational effectiveness.Ensure compliance and security across all deployments led by the ICS team, review requests and infrastructure changes. You will ensure that safe, reliable, and compliant solutions are deployed, maintaining adherence to IT security standards.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate solutions and deliver high-performing, secure, and user-friendly collaboration platforms. You will ensure strong cooperation with DevSecOps teams to ensure that solutions are built as architectedMaintain technical expertise to continuously improve solution quality and promote innovation.What We're Looking ForYou ideally haveBachelor's degree, with solid IT technical backgroundExtensive IT experience, with at least 3 years as an architectExperience in implementing complex enterprise cloud based and on-premise solutions in Microsoft environment in the area of Collaboration & Productivity.Proficiency in Microsoft cloud and client-server technologies, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python etcStrong communication and project management skillsMicrosoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) is a plus.Knowledge of ITIL Basics.English proficiencyAre you ready to join us?
