Overview

We are looking for an experienced
IAM Engineer
to manage and support our company's identity and access systems. The role involves implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IAM tools to ensure secure access to applications, systems, and data across both on-premise and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure, and maintain
    IAM solutions
    (BeyondTrust, CyberArk, RH SSO, Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM, Safenet).
  • Manage
    user accounts and access lifecycle
    — including onboarding, role changes, and deactivation.
  • Configure and support
    Single Sign-On (SSO)
    and
    Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
    using tools like
    Centagate, NetScaler, and RSA CAS
    .
  • Automate routine IAM tasks using
    PowerShell or Python scripts
    .
  • Integrate applications and systems with IAM platforms (SAML, OAuth, etc.).
  • Perform
    system monitoring, auditing, and compliance checks
    to meet standards such as
    PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST
    .
  • Handle
    privileged access management (PAM)
    — secure admin credentials and manage access vaulting.
  • Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration records.
  • Participate in
    on-call rotation
    to provide 24/7 support for critical IAM systems.
  • Support
    disaster recovery (DR)
    and ensure IAM services are available and secure.

  • Scripting:

  • Protocols:
    SAML, OAuth
  • ITSM Tools:
    ServiceNow or similar

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years
    of hands-on experience in IAM or IT Security roles.
  • Strong understanding of access control, authentication, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Certifications in
    CyberArk
    or any
    Cloud IAM solution (e.g., Azure, AWS)
    are preferred.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
