PBF was established over 50 years ago in Perth, Western Australia, and have since then grown to be the benchmark in providing architectural door hardware specification and supply/distribution. PBF supplies door hardware to over 80% of the commercial projects within Western Australia.

Our operations have grown to include:

  • Specification services – writing of door hardware schedules for builders and architects;

  • Supply door hardware – delivering to site on a just in time basis, all door hardware for commercial projects;

  • Supply Fixtures Fittings and Hardware (FF&E) – delivering to site on a just in time basis washroom and other hardware.

  • Locksmithing services – annually, our in-house team builds over 20,000 cylinders and cuts 100,000 keys;

  • Service and maintenance – ongoing services to our clients such as repairs, maintenance, new cylinder installations

  • Installation services – onsite teams install hardware for smaller projects

  • Electronic Systems – system design, installation, and commissioning of Electronic Access Control systems, CCTV, and security alarms.

We are seeking a skilled Programme and Project Coordinator with proven experience in ClickUp (or similar project management tools, preferably ClickUp) to oversee and drive multiple projects for our client Parker Black and Forrest, in Western Australia.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project coordination across several key service lines, including:

  • DHW (Door Hardware)

  • FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)

  • EAC (Electrical and Communications)

You will play a vital role in ensuring project timelines, resources, and deliverables are consistently met to the highest standard.

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Programme and Project Coordinator

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role requires a strong understanding of project management fundamentals. You do not need to be a technical expert, but you should be able to follow and grasp process flows with confidence. We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, ready to keep projects on track and stakeholders well informed. The duties and responsibilities of this role will include the following:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and schedules.

  • Manage and optimize project workflows in ClickUp, including task creation, tracking, reporting, and dashboard setup.

  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and maintain seamless communication.

  • Monitor project risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare regular progress reports and highlight critical issues to keep the client informed.

  • Drive process improvements and ensure documentation is consistently up to date.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/College Degree in Engineering or relevant field

  • At least 2 years of experience managing projects using ClickUp (preferably).

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset.

Others:

  • Familiarity with managing projects in construction services or technical environments (DHW, FFE, EAC) is an advantage.
