Role Overview

We are looking for a 
Data and AI Specialist
 to help shape and deliver data-driven strategies that support business growth and innovation. Working closely with the lead strategist, you will analyze datasets, build predictive models, and apply AI techniques to uncover insights that guide decision-making.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and coding skills (Python preferred), a solid understanding of AI and machine learning, and enjoys solving complex problems through data. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with a strategic team, and apply your technical expertise to meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Model Development

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights.
  • Develop, test, and refine predictive and analytical models to support business strategy.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all modeling and analysis efforts.

AI & Machine Learning Implementation

  • Apply AI and ML techniques to improve predictive processes and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate AI-driven solutions into business operations.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and tools in data science and AI.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the strategy team to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Communicate analytical findings in a clear and practical way to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, or visualizations to track performance and trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, AI, or machine learning roles.
  • Strong programming skills, preferably in 
    Python
     (R, SQL, or similar languages also an advantage).
  • Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
