Eastwood City, Philippines Delta Earthmoving Inc. Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Mandatory benefits such as SSS, PHIC, & HDMF administration.

  2. Maintaining and updating mandatory benefits system for existing & new policies of the Gov't. Agency.

  3. Ensure registration of newly hire employees under DELTA to any mandated Gov't. Offices such as SSS, PH and HDMF upon employment and reporting separated employees upon separation from the company.

  4. Reconciliation of payroll mandatory deductions with payroll group and calculation of monthly contributions premium.

  5. Processing payment of monthly contributions and timely posting of remittance to the system of Social Security System (SSS), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) & Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF).

  6. Liaising with staff and management on mandatory related queries.

  7. Assist in processing SSS, PH, HDMF benefits claim (sickness, maternity, EC, retirement, disability, burial etc.) and salary loan, as may arises.

  8. Process benefits claims of employees (sickness, maternity, EC & etc.) to any mandated Gov't offices, as arises.

  9. Monitor approved claims & loans (SSS or HDMF) and distribute to responsible project admin/payroll officer or staff-in-charge.

  10. Keep & maintain hard copies of monthly contributions and loan remittance report.

  11. Provide SSS, HDMF and Philhealth certification to an employee, as necessary.

  12. Reconciling benefits related GL accounts with accounting.

  13. Ensure submission of all reportorial requirements promptly.

  14. Conduct information drive and awareness campaign regarding statutory to project site benefits as needed.

  15. Ensure data entry and updating of company & employees status with SSS, PHIC and HDMF.

  16. Perform related functions

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  17. Bachelor's degree in any related field

  18. Minimum of one (2) year work related experience

  19. Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets

  20. Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.

  21. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

  22. reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.
