NONO's under The Table Group, Inc. is looking for Restaurant Supervisor to be assigned in Malolos, Bulacan

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to support store operations and ensure smooth service flow. The Supervisor will oversee daily FOH activities, assist in staff performance, and uphold Nono's service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily shift operations for front-of-house

  • Maintain high levels of hospitality and guest satisfaction

  • Support team training, coaching, and staff allocation

  • Monitor cleanliness, service flow, and table turnover

  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen for service efficiency

  • Assist in inventory counts and store reporting

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience as Restaurant Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar role

  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills

-Experience in casual dining or F&B operations preferred

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
