Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Encode online visa applications.
  • Schedule visa appointments with embassies, consulates, or visa centers.
  • Update Bravia with document status and visa progress.
  • Respond to emails on appointments, visa applications, and requirements.
  • Keep records of visa appointments.
  • Prepare daily Excel files for manager's cheque and cash advances.
  • Coordinate with embassies/consulates for pending visa follow-ups.
  • Brief clients for personal appearances at embassies.
  • Assist clients in completing application forms.
  • Receive and check completeness of client documents; update Bravia.
  • File and store application documents properly.
  • Update Visa OM or Operations Head on application progress.
  • Support liaison officers in application lodging and visa release when needed.
  • Release visa documents to clients.
  • Keep duplicate copies of transmittals and dispatch forms.
  • Comply with company Code of Conduct and Quality Policy.
  • Attend required trainings, meetings, and industry events.
  • Handle administrative needs such as leave approvals and supply requests.

Job Type: Full-time
