Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through various online channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Review resumes and application forms to determine candidate qualifications, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess their fit for open roles.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience from application to interview. This includes scheduling interviews and responding to candidate inquiries.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- A keen interest in talent acquisition and a desire to learn about the full recruitment cycle.
Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City
