We are looking for an Entry-Level Quality Assurance (QA) Support Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start a career in software quality assurance. You will work closely with QA Specialists, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure applications and systems meet quality standards before release.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline helpdesk support, triaging tickets, and escalating when necessary.
  • Assist users at the Head Office and Centers with system-related concerns.
  • Support QA activities such as migration testing, release management, and training.
  • Maintain system documentation, test results, and support logs.
  • Coordinate with senior QA team members to ensure smooth rollouts and timely user support.
  • Contribute to training initiatives (Head Office and Centers) by assisting with user orientation and materials.
Skills and Competencies
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, QA processes, and helpdesk support.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in QA, IT support, or related areas (internship experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and testing tools is an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in Quality Assurance and IT support.
