Are you a seasoned Executive Assistant ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing firm? Bentleys Chartered Accountants Limited (New Zealand) is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Kalibo, Philippines.

 About the Role

This is a senior-level position working directly with the owners and founders of Bentleys on a daily basis. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support to the founders, including calendar management, communications, and confidential matters.
  • Take ownership of administrative systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient and scalable.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial coordination, working closely with our accounting team.
  • Lead and mentor junior administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
 What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, ideally within a professional services or finance environment.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and billing systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office (excel., word, powerpoint), Adobe
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
