Rebar Detailer

About the Role

We are looking for a Rebar Detailer who specializes exclusively in rebar detailing (not quantity surveying or cost estimation). The successful candidate will produce precise shop drawings and bar bending schedules using AutoCAD with RebarCAD, aligned with Canadian standards and fabrication release codes.

You will collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to ensure drawings are accurate, compliant, and ready for fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed rebar shop drawings and bar lists based on structural and architectural plans.
• Ensure all work follows Canadian standards and fabrication release codes.
• Utilize AutoCAD and RebarCAD to produce accurate, high-quality rebar detailing outputs.
• Review and interpret structural design drawings, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and fabricators to resolve drawing discrepancies or RFIs.
• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation according to project workflows.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance before submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Rebar Detailer working on reinforced concrete structures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and RebarCAD.
• Strong understanding of rebar detailing practices, construction drawings, and reinforced concrete standards.
• Experience or familiarity with Canadian codes and detailing requirements is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
