We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
General Accountant (CPA)
to join our finance team at Fil-Pacific Apparel Group, the company behind leading fashion brands such as Jag Jeans, Lee, Wrangler, Tribal, and USPA.

This role is integral in ensuring accurate financial reporting, full compliance with government requirements, and providing key insights that drive strategic business decisions across our retail, wholesale, and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy;
    CPA license is a requirement.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and SEC requirements.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Major Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Ensure timely compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government reporting requirements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings, taxes, and permits.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation between general ledger accounts and subsidiary records.
  • Generate and analyze profitability reports by store, product line, and customer group to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, licensors, LGUs, and BIR auditors during audits and regulatory reviews.
