Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other government reporting requirements (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Generate profitability reports by store, product line, and customer group.
  • Coordinate with auditors, licensors, and government agencies during audits and reviews.

Qualifications:

  • BS Accountancy graduate (CPA preferred)
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience (manufacturing or retail preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of PH taxation, BIR compliance, and SEC requirements
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (Navision or similar)

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
