*With a performance incentive up to 25k in total*

We are offering a hybrid set-up (2x a month on-site in Ortigas CBD) as long as the following requirements are met

  • Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test)
  • Can provide a dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
  • Has a table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair.
  • Work from home location is within NCR (or near NCR)

What's the general objective of the role?

Assisting the team in processing data and electronic documents during the open enrollment period.

What are some of the responsibilities?

  • Encodes data from scanned paper documents or online database resources into an online administration system
  • Processing of documentation, maintaining data and generating reports related to the processed transactions
  • Performs audit functions within the department

What are the ideal requirements?

  • ANY Bachelor's degree or work experience
  • Open to fresh graduates and students seeking an internship requirement (as long as available to work from 7am to 4pm, weekdays only)
  • Background in claims, benefits enrollment, contract review is an advantage (but not required)
  • Knowledge/experience in US Health Insurance is an advantage (but not required)
  • Intermediate working knowledge in MS Excel is an advantage (but not required)
  • Detail-oriented and highly analytical
  • Effective communication skills
  • Project duration is from January 5, 2026 to April 30, 2026

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
