Job Responsibilities

TikTok Affiliate Ecosystem Development

  1. Design commission structures, establish collaboration SOPs and settlement rules
  2. Continuously expand a network of KOLs (primarily nano-influencers), managing end-to-end coordination with influencers or agencies
  3. Build a tiered influencer management system, dynamically adjusting resource allocation and strategies based on GMV contribution

TikTok Platform Operations

  1. Stay updated on platform trends, research TikTok's algorithm changes and policy updates, and secure platform traffic support
  2. Align with TikTok Shop promotional campaigns, integrating Affiliate content with major sales events
  3. Manage third-party affiliate tools (e.g., Shopify Affiliate system) to ensure efficient and compliant settlements

Data-Driven Approach & Cost Control

  1. Develop affiliate data dashboards (e.g., CPS cost, commission expense ratio, influencer GMV contribution), monitor content performance to guide influencer management and content strategy
  2. Analyze competitor affiliate strategies and develop competitive affiliate plans Job

Requirements

  1. Language Skills: Native proficiency in Indonesian;
  2. English as a working language
  3. Experience: 1+ years of experience in TikTok Affiliate/UGC BD, with a proven track record of successful viral sales preferred
