What is your mission?

We are looking for a Mechanical Estimator with strong expertise in HVAC and Plumbing project estimation to prepare accurate bids and proposals for commercial construction projects. You'll handle material take-offs, equipment pricing, and cost analysis while coordinating with project partners to meet key deadlines. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about building-efficient mechanical systems, this role is for you.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Complete material take-offs, labor costing, and pricing analysis for HVAC and Plumbing systems
• Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals for commercial mechanical projects
• Review project scope, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Gather and evaluate equipment and subcontractor pricing to support cost estimates
• Attend job walks and ask project-related questions to clarify requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external project partners for estimate validation
• Ensure estimates align with project schedules, milestones, and submission deadlines
• Utilize QuickPen or Trimble MEP tools for digital take-offs and cost modeling
• Support business development efforts by helping win new mechanical projects

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in project estimation or proposal preparation for HVAC/Plumbing projects
• Proven take-off and cost estimation experience — materials, labor, equipment pricing, subcontractor coordination
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans accurately
• Familiarity with construction management principles and project-scope documentation
• Proficiency in QuickPen or Trimble MEP software (required)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work with engineers, contractors, and clients
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php120,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Estimation for HVAC/Plumbing : 3 years (Required)
