Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in San Juan, Manila. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing the company's procurement processes. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory, ensuring the timely delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate purchase records. The Purchasing Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure the quality and cost-efficiency of purchased materials and products.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
  • Strong inventory management and procurement skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage purchase orders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
