  • Assists the purchasing head in the end-to-end procurement process.

  • Maintains complete and accurate records of all purchases and deliveries.

  • Communicates with vendors, canvass, and prepares purchase orders.

  • Monitors deliveries of items based on processed PO.

  • Consolidates purchase requests from stores and other departments. Coordinates with warehouse for stock availability and schedule of deliveries.

  • Maintains vendor database and acquire new vendors for accreditation.

  • Assists in evaluating vendor performance.

  • Coordinates with finance for payment requests and terms.

  • Conducts other tasks that maybe assigned from time-to-time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Experience of at least 1 year in purchasing

  • Has keen attention to details and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
