We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.

Responsibilities:

  • Transfer various data from electronic formats into a software system
  • Enter and verify a high volume of blackout/stop-sells with minimal errors
  • Maintain high data entry productivity with a low error rate
  • Verify data entry by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data
  • Assist with filing when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Willing to work on site
  • Familiarity with the hotel and travel industry is preferred
  • At least 1 years of high volume clerical/data entry experience or relevant positions
  • Accuracy and efficiency in a high volume, repetitive data entry environment
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical, organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Strong prioritization skills in order to meet established deadlines
  • Must work well independently in a team-oriented environment
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule if/when needed, including graveyard shifts
