Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and verify data from various internal systems and online platforms.
  • Maintain and update logs, schedules, and databases to ensure consistency and timeliness.
  • Assist with processing record updates, tracking requests, and status changes.
  • Coordinate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Organize and archive files in compliance with company procedures.
  • Prepare summaries and regular reports for team and management review.
  • Follow company policies and ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
