Job Summary
We are looking for a
Data Entry Specialist
to input information into our database from multiple spreadsheets and/or platforms.

The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, a fast typist, and has a keen eye for detail. A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles is essential. The company will rely on you to maintain accurate and up-to-date data that is easily accessible through digital systems.

Responsibilities

  • Transfer data from spreadsheets and other platforms into computer files or database systems
  • Type in data provided directly from customers
  • Create spreadsheets with large volumes of figures without mistakes
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data
  • Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure nothing is lost

Requirements
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk
  • Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch-typing systems strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Great attention to detail
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
