About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking experienced Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Agents to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work for a leading provider of customer service solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and through digital channels
  • Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in both English and Mandarin
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills
  • No CALL CENTER experience required, however a customer service or call centre role is a PLUS
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using various software and digital tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
