The General Services Department (GSD) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and improvement of building structures and facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with standards. This role involves managing building maintenance, supervising special projects, and overseeing carpentry and metal works to support the organization's infrastructure needs.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technical Course or possesses a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in School Building Maintenance and Facilities Management.
- With Industry experience
- Facility/Property Management is desirable. Ideally with background in Occupational Safety & Health Standards
- Preferably holding a Safety Officer 2 (SO2) OSH Certification.
