About the role

Kaiser Medical Center' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. As a General Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive primary care to our diverse patient population. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a growing and reputable healthcare organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing high-quality, patient-centred medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
  2. Conducting thorough physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualised treatment plans
  3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of coordinated and integrated care
  4. Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, and complying with all relevant medical regulations and guidelines
  5. Actively participating in continuing medical education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field
  6. Demonstrating a strong commitment to patient safety, quality of care, and the overall well-being of the communities we serve

What we're looking for

  1. A medical degree (MD or DO) and a valid licence to practise as a General Practitioner
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or community-based healthcare setting
  3. Excellent clinical skills, including diagnosis, treatment, and patient management
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively engage with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  5. A commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care and a focus on patient outcomes
  6. Proficiency in utilising electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
  7. A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary setting
