We are looking for a proactive and reliable General Manager who will oversee the daily operations of the business (hotel, dive shop and liveaboard) and ensure smooth coordination across all departments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of handling client-related tasks and online engagements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the company
  • Handle client-related tasks and ensure excellent customer service
  • Regularly monitor and respond to messages and inquiries on the company's Facebook page and other online platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion
  • Oversee sales, inventory, and administrative functions as needed
  • Report directly to the company owner or management team
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and overall performance

Qualifications:

  • Must be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • With strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media management, particularly Facebook page monitoring
  • Leadership experience or background in operations management is an advantage
  • Can start immediately (ASAP)

Work details:

  • Mabini, Batangas
  • Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
